Head chef Jeremy Lee is renowned for his eclectic style of cooking, which takes influence from Europe and his native Scotland. His passion for great food means only the best quality produce is ever used.

"We cook whatever's coming through the door,” Jeremy says. “It's amazing what you can achieve with good ingredients, a little thought and an open mind."
