This Summer, Blueprint Cafe’s Chef Patron Mini Patel, is launching a series of supper clubs celebrating the very best of British ingredients.

Mini has made his mark on the menu, using carefully sourced British produce to create a series of playful and nostalgic small plates, each with a contemporary twist. British culture is the inspiration behind much of his food, and with views as iconic of ours, there couldn’t be a finer spot to sample his cooking!

We are delighted to announce the theme for the final upper club in the series – Cornish fish and Seafood 

In collaboration with Flying Fish, Mini has created a menu which incorporates the finest and freshest seafood from Britain’s shores.

Join us on the Thursday 27th September at 6.30pm as Mini talks you through the inspiration behind each of the dishes and co-host Flying Fish talk all things seafood, fishing and sustainability.

The following menu will be served on the evening:

Crab, avocado, pink grapefruit, Cornish sea herbs

Oyster, Jalapeno, apple, lemon balm

Pollock, cauliflower, sweetcorn, hazlenuts, tomato and Cornish sea vegetables,

Burnt Cream, Jammie dodger biscuit.

Tickets are £35 and will include 4 courses as well as paired wines and a welcome glass of fizz.
