This Summer, Blueprint Cafe’s Chef Patron Mini Patel, is launching a series of supper clubs celebrating the very best of British ingredients.
Mini has made his mark on the menu, using carefully sourced British produce to create a series of playful and nostalgic small plates, each with a contemporary twist. British culture is the inspiration behind much of his food, and with views as iconic of ours, there couldn’t be a finer spot to sample his cooking!
We are delighted to announce the second supper in the series – An evening of English wine and fizz.
Join us on Thursday 26th July at 6.30pm as Mini talks you through the inspiration behind each of his dishes, and well co-host Nyetimber’s Steffan Griffiths talks all things English wine!
The following dishes will feature on the menu, each to be enjoyed alongside a glass of wine, hand selected to complement each dish, as well as a few surprises along the way…
